My son’s unit got their alert order today. So both my son and my brother are going to Iraq.
Both my brothers were in the Gulf War. This will be the first war for my son.

Thanks. They both leave for training in late June and will depart for Iraq in September. I wish they were in the same unit but they are not.

Laura, I just want you to know that your son and your brother will both be in my prayers as they serve in Iraq. I will also pray for peace for you. Please pass along to your son and brother that I am among many who are very proud and thankful to them for their service and sacrifice. God bless you all.
