Captain was in his place, sleeping all night long. He didn’t run up and down the stairs, hissing, howling and fighting. That must have been Sabby or his clone. Yeah, that’s the ticket.
If you believe that you will believe anything.
The truth is: Captain may be getting up there in age but he’s still a wild man.
Captain and Sabby had another wild and crazy night. They ran up and down the stairs, howling, hissing and fighting. After I finally gave up trying to sleep and got up to make some coffee I discovered that Captain had taken my place on the bed.
Somehow my husband managed to sleep all through this, even the flash and noise of the camera.
Sabby’s photo may be posted later. He’s hiding under the bed.
Have a blessed Sunday with your own sainted, sinless and holy cats and check out the Carnival of the Cats at The Scratching Post.

I love that high-alert ear, slightly twisted toward his back to keep tabs on all the latest developments.

Yes, he was probably waiting to hear if Sabby had any more mischief to get into.
