WASHINGTON - A Pentagon probe into the death of Iraqi civilians last November in the Iraqi city of Haditha will show that U.S. Marines “killed innocent civilians in cold blood,” a U.S. lawmaker said Wednesday.

And who might that lawmaker be?

It’s John Murtha.

Murtha seems positively ecstatic that American Marines deliberately killed 15 unarmed Iraqi civilians, including seven women and three children. (although the probe is not over and this article comes from MSNBC so maybe “allegedly” ought to be inserted somewhere.)

My questions are……..

How many more roadside bombings have there been in Haditha since the death of the “Iraqi civilians?”

What information can Murtha be relying on to make the assertion without any hesitation that our troops are cold-blooded killers? Why does he believe our enemies instead of the U. S. Marines?

What?! Is Murtha in some kind of romantic relationship with himself? Usually infatuated couples celebrate six month anniversaries…….. not congressmen.
