Imagine that this Islamic terrorist aiming to kill an American soldier was instead a Timothy McVeigh type American anti-government extremist?
How would the New York Times be covering him then?
Betcha it wouldn’t be the same.
This sniper’s obviously not a good shot but sometimes terrorists get lucky. My husband was fortunate that he was never shot while he was stationed in Somalia but that was because the Somalis couldn’t shoot their way out of a paper bag.
None of my husband’s troops were killed but a few were wounded. The Somalis also had the New York Times and CNN helping them out back then too.
The New York Times has taken moral equivalence to its absurd extreme.
It seems the romantics at the Times see Che Guevara in every terrorist and Lt. William Calley in every American soldier.

The Society of Americans for National Existence have several great articles regarding prosecuting the New York Times and also an interesting concept with a NuVo Campaign. Check them out here: www.saneworks.us.

Whose side is the NY Times taking anyway?...
Little Green Footballs (via Ace of Spades HQ) finds a photographer for the NY Times, Joao Silva, in a very suspicious position - he took pics while a terrorist fired on US troops in Iraq...
