The American media is so fickle. I’m very sorry that Anna Nicole Smith died yesterday. It is a tragic situation, especially for her five month old baby girl, BUT, I’m wondering why the sad news is dominating every television screen today. It was all over the news last night and this morning. At noon multitudes of reporters are awaiting a news conference with the medical examiner. We should just let Anna Nicole rest in peace and go about our own rat-killing.

Many good things are happening in Iraq and Afghanistan although you wouldn’t know it if you turned on the news. It’s on the internet news somewhere under the hugh photos of Anna Nicole.

Don’t get me wrong, I know there was something about Anna Nicole that was captivating and sad at the same time.
